JLai footwear is 100% handcrafted in Taiwan, therefore, If items are not available upon purchase, they will require approximately a month to manufacture. Our Customer Services Representative will be in contact with you regarding the exact date of the shipment.

Shipping is free of charge within Taiwan; however, shipping cost is extra for all international orders. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you with the exact shipping cost and delivery time.

Refund / Exchange Policy
We will accept exchange/ refund within 7 days of receiving your goods. Exchange can only be made for the same style. There will be no refund after an exchange.
Please try on your footwear on soft surfaces (carpets, etc.). Any damage to the shoe upper or outsoles will not be refunded or exchanged.

Product care
Like all high quality leather items, your new pair of shoes requires your attention as well.
- Please do not wear the same shoes continuously for an extensive period of time/ Alternate between different pair of shoes on a day-to-day basis. This will allow the moisture in the shoes to vaporize and there, eliminates odor.
- If you are not wearing the shoes, please place the tissues back into the shoes in order to maintain its shape. Please store the shoes in its shoe bag and box in a dry area.
- Periodically remove dust or dirt from the surfaces of the shoes then apply shoe polish.
Clean & Polish
Leather footwear: Periodically remove dust or dirt from the surfaces of the shoes then apply a thin layer of colorless shoe polish with a clean cloth or a sponge.
Patent leather footwear: Periodically remove dust or dirt from the surfaces of the shoes then clean with a damp cloth.
